TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective October 2025
1. The Basic Deal
By accessing Oxthorn, you agree to these terms. Simple as that. If you don't agree, close this tab and move on. We're not interested in tricking anyone into accepting terms they don't understand.
2. What Oxthorn Is
Oxthorn is a free-to-play social casino platform. "Free-to-play" means exactly what it says—you play for free. "Social casino" means casino-style games without real-money gambling. We provide entertainment software that simulates casino game mechanics without any financial stakes.
There is no real-money gambling on Oxthorn. You cannot bet money. You cannot win money. Any virtual currency or points displayed in games have zero monetary value and cannot be converted to real currency under any circumstances.
3. Age Restriction
You must be 18 or older to use Oxthorn. This isn't negotiable. We implement age verification, and we reserve the right to request additional proof of age if needed. Lying about your age will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from the platform.
4. User Responsibilities
Don't try to hack, exploit, or otherwise mess with the platform. Don't use Oxthorn for anything other than playing the games as intended. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer our software. Don't do anything illegal while using our site. These should all be common sense, but we're stating them explicitly.
5. Our Rights
We own Oxthorn and everything on it unless otherwise stated. The games, the code, the design—it's all protected by intellectual property laws. You're granted permission to access and use the platform, not to copy, modify, or redistribute any of it.
We can modify or shut down Oxthorn at any time without notice or liability. We can block access for any reason or no reason. This is a free service, and you have no contractual right to continued access.
6. No Guarantees
Oxthorn is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will work perfectly at all times. We don't guarantee it will meet your specific expectations. Technology breaks sometimes. Servers go down. Browsers have compatibility issues. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we make no promises.
7. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of Oxthorn. This includes but isn't limited to technical issues, misunderstandings about the nature of the service, time spent on the platform, or any other conceivable claim. You use Oxthorn at your own risk.
Given that Oxthorn is completely free and involves no financial transactions, there's no monetary basis for any liability claim anyway. You've paid nothing, you can win nothing, therefore you can lose nothing.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when necessary. If we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Oxthorn after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
We can terminate your access to Oxthorn at any time for any reason. You can stop using Oxthorn at any time by simply closing your browser. Neither party owes the other anything upon termination because, again, this is a free service with no contractual obligations.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Oxthorn operates. Disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.
11. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We're not voiding the entire agreement because one clause doesn't hold up.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms? The answers are probably in this document. Read it again. Still confused? That's on you—we've tried to make this as straightforward as possible.
